Responsibilities
Set up an effective and efficient system of accounting records to capture all costs, income, profits assets and liabilities of the business.
Prepare management accounts monthly to guide decision making.
Prepare budgets regularly and institute effective internal controls.
Handle transactions with banks, including obtaining bank statements and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Interface with suppliers, service providers and others on matters regarding accounting records and reconciliations.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have minimum of ATS certificate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
Must be computer literate.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience in the accounting function of a hotel or restaurant.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Must be a male and not above 25 years of age.
